Patriarchy

Women in today’s society are having it hard or talking a blow in having to prove themselves or capabilities. We go to school and study hard to get the qualifications women deserve and desire but the way society or the way men dominate the business world it makes it hard for women to utilise those hard earned qualifications. The result of this male dominated world has led to women forgetting about their qualifications but end up having to do sexual favours in order to get a certain position no matter how qualified they are for the particular.

It came to my attention though that at times it is not a matter of getting a higher position but just getting employment or getting your foot in the working world because women have family’s to feed or provide for. They feel pressured to have sex with men. In a nutshell women are still seen as a sex objects to get in the business world
